The food quality was poor, they were extremely short on wait staff, so service quality was lacking. It took 20 minutes to receive the appitizer & another 20-30 minutes for the entree (2 burgers) The burgers were overcooked & our server didn't come back to check on the food quality until we had nearly completed our meals. After waiting nearly an hour to receive our food, we were too hungry to have the orders remade. The burgers were both ordered Medium Well, but arrived Well Done with a crunchy exterior.
5/22/26 Ordered the 2 for $26. My daughter and I ordered the cheeseburgers and fries, well done for the burgers. Order arrived hamburgers crispy and crunchy and french fries cold. Sent the order back. Order returns hamburgers on the same buns and the french fries were cold. Asked that the meal be discounted due to the inconvenience of the wait and no effort was made to return the order decent. The manager discounted the meal by $3. Will not be returning ever. Matter fact going to call cooperate.
Stopped in for my birthday dinner. We found hair in our appetizer, the iceberg lettuce on the salad bar AND my hubby's burger should've been thrown out. A nice young man did put fresh lettuce on the salad bar at my hubby's request. Hubby ordered the triple burger; burger patties were so burnt that's all you could taste.
