Today we dined in Ruby Tuesday for our moms graduation and my 5 yr olds birthday. I have to say today maranda did an awesome job taking care of us ... I couldn't tell she was fairly new . She was very positive, attentive, and she cares ,which we appreciate since my husband and I are in the industry . Mary is an amazing manager she checked in with us in the end to make sure all was well. Miranda, Mary, and Mondo gave us excellent service for a 9 top that came in an hour before closing. Miranda was kind, quick and efficient. Mondo came out from the kitchen to make sure my friend’s ribeye was cooked correctly because he was worried it wasn’t correct. Mary the manager checked on us to make sure everything was good. They even gave my daughter a song for her birthday. Overall everything was great. Highly recommended ‼️
Had the bbq salmon, zucchini and loaded baked potato. All was really good. Server was great! Only reason not 5 stars is. Because they added the tip and didn't tell me. UPDATE: Visited again in Feb 2023 and the New Orleans seafood was fantastic. They really need more help, the bartender Elizabeth waited on 10 people at the bar, 3 other tables and managed pickup orders. She ran her tail off and did an excellent job!!! My friend closed her hand in her car door just before entering Ruby Tuesdays in E. Syracuse NY. The manager Tyrell couldn't have been kinder to her and also Dana the waitress. Tyrell put anesthetic on her wound and bandages plus gave her bag with ice. It was one of the nicest gestures of caring I have ever witnessed. Just want to thank both of them for caring so much for a customer.
