Ordered curbside pickup for my lunch break to be ready at 12:40. The food wasn't ready until 12:51 which is understandable because things happen. When I checked my order before I left the food was missing an upcharge I ordered so I asked for it to be made. Waited 25 minutes just to find out the order they placed on the counter was mine and no one gave it to me. It was behind the counter, so it's not like its my fault for not grabbing it in time. I haven't eaten here since 2018 because the food was always bad Everytime I went. I recently learned that they re staffed the entire place and figured I'd give it a try again and I was not disappointed the food was very good and the new staff is doing a great job especially the cooks
The food took forever to come out, one of the dishes was incorrect, and it took way too long to get twisted items (ketchup, extra napkins, etc).
The meal was perfect and the service even better. Crew was a little light but the employees were really stepping it up and working as a team to ensure great customer service! Our server Valerie was new but did a great job with everything, even our rather large add on to go order. But that is ok cuz I sat at the bar enjoying their $3 mini Margherita’s Delicious and a great way to try all the flavors!! James T, the bartender was a little busy but again doing a great job!!
