The customer service at the Greenbelt Ruby Tuesday is absolutely terrible. It's no wonder so many locations have closed down across the country. My experience here was a perfect example of why this chain is struggling. The service was inattentive and unprofessional from start to finish. I will not be returning and would strongly recommend others to save their time and money.

Exceptional staff, they're the reason we're regulars there! Sue, Stanley, Nilaja & Sidney have made my group of foodies "the feasting foursome" feel welcome and appreciated. They go above and beyond to recognize us each visit and provide prompt courteous service. Other establishments should strive to reach this level of accomodations.
Great specials. I had blackened fish sandwich and added salad bar.
