Apparently when you select “curbside” that means you call them, they say “we will have it out to you when it’s ready” then just not take it out to you. Waited 30 minutes! Didn’t get a call, text, or email. All of which was provided for contact. Watched all the “workers” look at my car and just not do anything. WHAT DID I TIP FOR? Paid extra for BAD AND HORRIBLE service???
My waitress Lesley was a delight 😊 She gave us great service. Enjoyed her positive attitude. She's a keeper. Give her a raise.
I remember dining at Ruby Tuesday's in phoenix, AZ years back and thought I would love dining at the one in Springfield, MO, but I DID NOT. First I walked in to plastic tablecloth's on all the tables, which made it look like a cheap restaurant, which they probably are since they can't afford to replace their damaged tables, so instead they cover them with patio vinyl tablecloth's.
