The best food , Ribs , steaks and we had the best waitress
I had a good dinner at a reasonable price with good service from Rebecca I will be going there again
We stopped in on 9/21/25 it was empty waited 10 minutes to get a seat. Order are drinks I got a long island every body got there drinks. They drank it and waited about 30 minutes so I went to get a refill myself behind the bar. As I came back to the table the we just brung my drink then ask if anyone needs a refill after she saw me get our own. Then 15 minutes later are food came and The ribeye had no flavor to it the Fry's were hard. Such bad service when the place was completely empty. Never would go back again.
Was there from 7 to 8:30 tonight. When we arrived we were 1 of 2 tables. Within 30 minutes, 5 more tables were filled with around 30 customers. The food was decent although we did wait an hour. There was one server who said she was in training and 1 guy came out to help from the line saying he was a manager in training and it was just the 2 of them. They were both very apologetic. Our host upon entry was very kind and welcoming. Shyann, our waitress, made me and my wife feel super special and I even had to thank the chef personally because they handed me one of the most phenomal steaks I've ever eaten. All in all a 10/10 experience. The folks at the Lebanon Ruby Tuesdays location could teach a master class on hospitality to most of the other restaurants in the area. Highly recommend and most definitely will be coming back soon.
