Ordered through to-go & they had to call back & change the order due to not having part of what we ordered. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes, we got there around the 20 minute mark of ordering. Stood inside for about 7 minutes & nobody greeted or asked what we needed. Sat back in car & called to let them know we were here for our food, they said it would be right out, took an additional 10 minutes after calling.
