Came from the farm show and came to this ruby tuesdays like usual and this is the worst experience I’ve had. My server was jasmine. She was on the phone the whole time and she neglected me and my mother the whole time. And when she finally would check on us she smelled like heavy liquor. It’s a shame to say but I won’t be back
i visited this restaurant around 3:30pm today. I was seated at my table and then maybe about 10 minutes later my waitress came. if it was not for her name tag, I wouldn't have even known her name. Jasmine was her name and while getting my order for my food she was on her phone facetiming I didn't receive any refills on my drinks. and she was stumbling and smelled of alcohol.
