Excellent service, ordered a burger and fries (extra crispy), waiter noticed fries weren't crispy before the plate even got to my table and had kitchen fix it, food was great
If I could leave 0, I would. Ordered the same drink I get every time I'm here. She didn't inform me that it was no longer on the menu and proceeded to order a drink FOR ME. I had a giant party with me, and she ignored what one of my friends purchased for his drink and kept bringing him water, because why would he want what he ordered? Every time we brought something to her attention, she walked away and never talked to us again. Worst service I've ever received at any location ever.
Food is good, little over priced for what you get, love the salad bar.staff seems okay I've never had to wait for a table.but they do wander around aimlessly through the lobby...overall good place to eat other than fast food.

It was a really bad experience. It was our first time here, or daughters name is Ruby so we decided to check it out. Rubys pizza came out frozen. My other daughters steak came out raw, it was still mooing. The manger, Morgan, was very nice but the good was awful. Two tables right by us were also having troubles with their food too. I will not be coming back again. Extremely expensive and not worth it at all.
