RecommendedSalad bar is great nice and warm.
Waited an hour for our food and it came out COLD! Now waiting for them to re-make it. This place has only ten tables to serve currently and other people who ordered long after us have gotten hot food, eaten, and left. After another 30 minutes and still no food but lots of excuses while others around us ate hot food, we left. #RubyTuesdays is trash!
For the last 3 weeks we have been going to Ruby's Tuesday for date night. Usually they take our order with no problem we get the same order everytime we go in there. Tonight was different we told the server what we usually get and he told us it would be different price. I asked him to get the other server so she can explain what we get. He walked away and he went to the manager and him and manager kept looking at us and laughing. Food is awesome. I love the staff. They are always very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Management staff are very approachable if you ever have a concern or a question. I have been going there for several years and I highly recommend it.
I always have a great experience at Ruby Tuesday in South Riding Va. Tonight was over the top exceptional with great service by Dominique and manager Brian. It was a busy night for them and they still find time to make you feel at home. Food was outstanding as usually. Thank you for gift and thoughts for my recently loss of my horse. Now that was a great meal! The porkchop was near an inch thick! Great service too! They even have a special menu for people with allergies!
We were very happy with our meal at Ruby Tuesday. They are a great restaurant that supports our veterans with respect. Very good service was excellent and the price was right.
Today's service was extremely slow and unapologetically so. Tried to speak to the manager and it was clear that he was avoiding speaking to us. I was extremely disappointed with my visit today.
great salmon entree - brocolli and salad bar sides. got boggie dags for take home - enough delicious dinner for two nights.
