My fiancée and I arrived at 8:00pm. 3 families standing uncomfortably inside the main doors. The floor plan is not set up for waiting customers to not be in the way of servers or patrons walking to the bathroom. As we approach the hostess, she tells us there is a 15 min wait. As I scan the restaurant I notice an abundance of empty tables. I ask the hostess what was wrong with these tables? She tells me they are dirty.... The service is awful. We walked in the door at 556pm, there was no wait to be seated. It took 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Over heard a Waiter tell another party that they did not have any change in the building and over heard another one say that they were short staffed because everyone went back to school. This is not the first time we have had bad service at the ruby tuesday the last time we were here it was the same story... how is that possible. This is just a form of bad management, your management should be on top ... read more
Give me a break. Sat at the bar and had a drink w my wife. Ordered food to go, order comes out wrong so they remake ONE part of the order and send us home w cold fries and cold food for the dish that was shockingly correct. I saw there were new managers and thought maybe they finally got it right. Wrong. Our bartender was good until she chuckled at the end at my disappointment.
What has happened to the food and drink portions ? A friend had a martini that came out in a half filled glass, our dinners were , well our server even looked emberrassed. Usually things are over the top there but if this is the new norm, it will be a case of SEE YA !! Food quality and taste was fantastic but I don't like leaving hungry. THANK GOD for the salad bar to fill the void. Come on guys, this is NOT OK !!
I really like the freshness of the garden bar!!! The restaurant is nice only complaint it the bathroom could be a little cleaner
Terrible service messed up our order and I feel horrible today
Our waiter was great....salad bar very disappointing...
