Totally sucked! I will never go back. Service and food terrible.
The waitress was perfect. We couldnt have asked for better BUT that is where it stops. We were there to celebrate my twins birthday. I called ahead to make sure they could take a party of 10 at the time we needed. We ordered our food. When my husband recieved his burger. Just a plain hamburger nothing fancy it was bloody and raw in the middle. We told the mgr on duty. A blonde manager. She never apologized just said would you like another one. Terrible we won't go back again. Place needs to be scrubbed clean top to bottom. Food not great. No more biscuits or chicken tortilla soup. Broccoli soup was nasty.
Great food, and unmatched service from Jermain. He Loves his job amd is excellent at it. I always ask for his area when we visit. Great attitude and customer service.

Enjoyed the food but our waitress acted annoyed that I didn't want to order all at one. We got drinks, then later an app, and finally dinner. By the end she acted like we were simply an inconvenience. I spent $80 for two people to eat at Ruby Tuesday. I'm pretty sure we paid for our time there. Rising people out isn't Avery good policy especially with so many alternatives withbin a few miles.
Husband and I both had salad bar and were sick with cramps, nausea and can't stay out of the bathroom.
Always great food and great service . One of our favorite places to eat in Lexington .
