First thing when I walked in, there were ceiling tiles missing from half of the restaurant; as well as water leaking from the holes. Secondly, it took an hour to get our meals. (4 of them) including an appetizer and house salads. The steaks were burnt, my burger was BLEEDING, and my sons burgers were rock hard. Our meal was paid for by the manager but this was BY FAR the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Will not be returning.
The only reason you should visit Ruby Tuesday is because they had an unbelievable salad bar. But according to many of my friends,, Ruby Tuesday in Bryant had discontinued their Salad bar and thus you should go somewhere else. Their salad bar was the only thing they have too offer Bryant, Arkansas. If I'm wrong, I apologize. But if I'm right.. and they have forgone their salad bar.. then I hope you chose to go to some other place to eat.
Clean, nice people good food. I blew the bathroom up though!
Burnt my granddaughters pizza, but did take it off the bill. One of the servers REALLY need some deodorant bad.
