My husband had to send his steak back TWICE because it was over done. The manager fixed the issue with no problem and even took my husband's meal off of the check, but it was kind of annoying that the cooks kept making him a well done steak when he wanted a medium. We had a very large party and our waitress seemed overwhelmed by it. She only refilled my drink and my sister in law's. And we didn't get any biscuits until we were about to leave and they were cold. Pretty bad, had the new shrimp trio dish it was bad, and cost $18.99! Salad bar was nearly empty too.

I have never been so disappointed to set foot into a RT before. The floors were littered with food and trash - this is usually "clean as you go" in previous experiences, my chair had sticky stuff on it and was swapped out - thankfully before I sat down, the table I was at was wiped down of littered left over food and who knows what sticky substance - by ME, I found dirty dishes at the salad bar and had to pick up three plates before I found one that wasn't OBVIOUSLY dirty - this of course, doesn't mean it was clean, just tha... read more
