My husband had to send his steak back TWICE because it was over done. The manager fixed the issue with no problem and even took my husband's meal off of the check, but it was kind of annoying that the cooks kept making him a well done steak when he wanted a medium. We had a very large party and our waitress seemed overwhelmed by it. She only refilled my drink and my sister in law's. And we didn't get any biscuits until we were about to leave and they were cold.
