This is the most amazing place for anyone needing transitional housing or a place to stay temporarily. There is high security and very high tech amenities. I highly recommend checking it out if you have this type of need.
My 3 months here was wonderful. The place is clean and very well cared for. W/D in the unit. Management and the ladies at the front desk are professional, call you by your name. Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful; even coming to my room the last day I was to wish me luck for the future! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I travel for work and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed.
My time at The Ruby is coming to an end this week. It is bitter sweet, as I love it here, but ready to go back to my home. I was displaced because a tree fell on my house last November. From the first day I walked in and met Sheryl and Kathleen I knew this was where I wanted to stay. Sheryl was so welcoming and very helpful with all of my questions. I did not stay at Ruby Suites though I did go to the Qdoba next door. However I parked in a spot that was numbered and was somewhat kindly told I was in a wrong spot and that the numbered spots were for people that lived there like the lady who was telling me this. I thought it was a hotel and didn't think it would be an issue to park there for 15 minutes. My feedback is that maybe you should put up some signs that state parking guidelines. Inexperienced and bad-mannered over the phone. I stayed elsewhere.
I thought the the design was great. I seriously considered living there. The lady who helped me was nice, but she did mention she would be singing in the lounge which is fine. She then mentioned a new art space being built so she could teach painting. This was the point where I reconsidered as I felt as if attendance was mandatory.
I am in love with Ruby Suites! Beautiful high end hotel with all the amenities and service. These are not hotel rooms, they are upscale condos.. with everything you would need!! GREAT JOB RUBY SUITES!

Thank you for your generous review! What we offer are boutique serviced apartments with a minimum of 30 days stay. All completely furnished and serviced "like" a hotel. Very much "like" a condo. But they are indeed apartments.
