The pedicure performed by the technician was executed poorly and did not meet the basic quality standards I expect for an $80.00 service. The technician cut off all of my natural nails and proceeded to apply artificial nail tips without my consent or prior discussion. My clear request was for an overlay on my natural nails, not a full set of tips. I was subsequently charged a fee for "nail take-off."
