I visit this place regularly. Love the services provided & the atmosphere. I've had my nails done by several different employees, however, Ken is one of my favorite. He always takes his time & does an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to get a manicure or pedicure.

Now I usually LOVE ruby nail bar. I have always been a #1 fan of them until my last visit. I was placed with Vivian as my nail tech which I have never had her before. I frequently get my nails done here so I am familiar with how they do things. I proceeded to sit down at her station and she started my nails with no primer or dehydrator. Asked for hot pink (showed picture of color to two different technicians) and left with orange nails. I was told they didn’t have a hot pink. We have always used them but I’m not sure we will be back. Spent $200 between me/daughter. It just felt very rushed and like they didn’t care.
