I visited Ruby Happy Nails today with a friend because I had won a gift card. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Disappointing would actually be an understatement. Sunny, who did my pedicure was rude and aggressive, and her customer service was lacking. She didn’t even finish my toes nor my friends, someone else named Grace had taken over.
