I haven’t been here in years but was in the area and needed a quick manicure. They took me in right away. Luna did my mani. I left with my nails butchered to say the least. She split my nails from the sides while filing. Thats how hard and randomly she was filing. While cutting my cuticles, I kept telling her to take the side skin off too. She was also randomly cutting and not able to see what she was doing. I was very annoyed to say the least. Have gone there before and they are usually ok but I went there this week and it was somewhat ridiculous. I left with paint all over my toe nails and they switched the person doing my nails more than 3 times which also made me wait around for quite sometime too. I was there for more than 3 hours and still left dissapointed.

I love the atmosphere here, and the employees are really nice. I don’t go that often, but some of the employees remember my preferences which I love. I recommend getting a gel manicure/pedicure & eyebrows done here
