This is the most racist flower shop I have ever been. They dislike all customers who don’t speak Cantonese. I was talking to the shop owner about buying specific type of flower and then this elderly employee of this shop was making the wreath and overhead our conversation, grab the last two bunch of flowers as I am trying to get it and said I need to use these. We have been getting flowers from them for years and we found their customer services got worse and worse. Staff are rude, even the owner is extremely rude.
I'm deeply saddened by the passing of my dearest grandmother. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Ada for her professionalism and help on placing an order on funeral wreaths and funeral casket for my beloved grandmother's funeral. I'm thankful that all the funeral wreath flowers have been delivered to my Grandmother's funeral this morning. Thank you so much to Ada and her coworkers for delivering the flowers on time.
