Dr. Ruby is nice, but she rarely has admin staff. Nine out of 10 times there will be no one to answer a call or answer an email. A lot of accounting errors are made as well as incorrect insurance submissions. Pay attention to each and everyone of your bills because there is usually an error. On my last visit, everyone in the waiting room was discussing how no one ever answers the phone at Ruby Dental and how it’s extremely difficult to get any appointment, Let alone an emergency appointment for a problem. Dr. Ruby is so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.
Our family has been visiting Ruby Dental for over 10 years and love it. They are extremely patient with our children, handle all the insurance paperwork, and are very efficient with documents. Also my sons had braces and retainers and the long process was handled with care.
