We’ve been living here for about 18 months and just transferred to another unit for another 18 months. Overall, it’s been a great experience! The complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Teresa has been amazing. She’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond whenever there’s a concern. Teresa was wonderful! She made me feel instantly welcome. She showed me around Ruby and gave detailed intro to the neighborhood and all the amenities. Her kindness and enthusiasm truly bring out the community spirit that makes Ruby feel like home. Thank you, Teresa, for making the tour so pleasant!
I visited the property a couple of months ago. The new apartments were quite nice overall. However, I was surprised to discover that the building had no available parking spots. Despite there being over 10 units still for lease, only one parking spot was left. For a new apartment complex with completely no nearby street parking, the way they managed the parking allocation seemed unprofessional.
Had a good experience with the initial tour but the management was so unprofessional once we were ready to pull the trigger that it was a major turn off. They don’t staff their leasing office during the hours listed on their website and route you to some call center whose information is completely different from that listed on their website. Based on information I received when calling their office, which may or may not be correct, the prices listed on their website are all bait and switch prices that are off by ~25% or more... read more
We truly enjoyed our time at The Ruby. The well-maintained common areas and clean amenities made it a comfortable and pleasant place to live. Any occasional maintenance issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. What truly made our experience a five-star one, however, was Teresa in the property management office.
