Fantastic location, well-maintained amenities, and top-notch management make this a great place to live! The manager, Teresa, has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our lease. She consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns we’ve brought to her attention.
While I have positive things to say about The Ruby as well, the thing I struggle with the most is their security, Progressive Services. I've called numerous times about noise complaints since I moved in in February and I don't actually believe a courtesy officer has ever resolved a single noise complaint. Keep this in mind if you're looking for a place that is quiet and also responsive to noise concerns, and actually resolves them.
We have been living in Ruby for almost a year and we couldn’t be happier to call this amazing complex our home! The apartments are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, stylish and very convenient. But what truly creates the feeling of „home“ is the amazing team! Our leasing manager - Teresa is the sweetest person I ever met! I can’t even describe what a wonderful soul she is!
