When I'm shopping El Paseo I like to stop here for lunch because the food is so sooooo good and the service is just the best. If you come after 2 pm there isn't much of a wait, but if you go around 12:30 there will be a long line and wait for your food. That doesn't put me off because the food is worth waiting for and the good souls who work behind the counter maintain this incredibly positive attitude while helping ring up customers and handing over your food orders.
