Well, two-for-two on orders that were completely messed up. Family Taco kit both times. Not difficult. One was about a year ago, and at least they comp'd us for another family meal. I got the confirmation email that it was ready and drove there to pick it up, only to find out they hadn't even started preparing it. This location used to be really good, but over the past few months there always seems to be some kind of issue. Sometimes it's that they've closed the dining room a couple hours early, so you can only do an online order, but you dont find that out until you show up there. Sometimes it's that the meat is overcooked and dried out. Sometimes it's that they are out of important items like beans and Mexican rice. I placed a mobile pickup order. Pretty simple, quesadilla no guac, sour cream, or fresca. Burrito with chips and a side of rice. They put everything with the quesadilla and forgot the chips. Food was cold by the time I got home and I had to waste MY time and gas to go back and get it fixed. Not to mention that amount food was almost $30. $30 for a burrito, quesadilla, and two sides, all for them to screw up. That’s an easy error. Okay, so the last 2 out of 3 times the Pinto beans have been like pure water. They do not taste cooked. Also tonight I might deliver my shrimp taste raw in my corn tortilla is raw.
