I have been a Rubio's customer for about 20 years. This was such a bad experience, we will drive a little further to a different location in the future. The restaurant was filthy. Not a single customer in the place, yet every table was dirty, the floor was a mess, no napkins, no forks, and the salsa bar was mostly empty. When I told them that they were out of salsa, they said they would just bring some to our table.
