The HIDDEN TACO SHOP! Temecula’s Rubio’s is definitely a tricky place to spot. It’s in the same busy shopping plaza on Ynez as many other major retailers but towards the back. Apparently, it’s a hit with locals and rightfully so. The fish tacos are permanently etched in my tastebud catalog. I can rely on a great meal with tasty sides (beans and chips).
