I stopped by Rubio’s Baja Grill in Temecula recently and overall had a solid experience. The restaurant was clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable casual vibe that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. Very consistent. We especially enjoy Taylor who runs the register. She always has such a great positive energy. So sweet.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I enjoyed my late night stop for mahimahi burrito. I feel like the menu has changed a bit but looks like it's for the better. I was able to exchange rice for more cabbage and I was very happy.
