The food is fine but the service is bad at this location. Must be new management as I didn’t have this experience a while back. They have workers who don’t know their own system for paying for food. Then you can wait for an extremely long time as you see your food ready behind the counter with no one to get it to you. Then if they run out of any salsas and you ask for any they don’t bother with replacing the containers. I like rubios food but I would personally not come back to this specific location. ... staff greeted me as I entered; smooth ordering & payment; restaurant was clean; food out quickly and was delicious; always enjoy the "Fish Taco Especial" and "Blackened Salmon Taco" offerings.
Love their bowls and tacos.
Burrito was so wet on the inside I couldn’t finish it. The rice was way too moist and the chips were very hard.
