Tonight’s dinner was disappointing to say the least. In all my years of eating at Rubio’s this was the worst service I have ever received. The store was moderately busy, 2 kids manned the kitchen one at the front desk and a supervisor (Zoe). The kitchen was slammed and they were taking their sweet time getting the food out. The supervisor was on expo waiting for the food to be prepared meanwhile there were 5 customers waiting for their order 3 DoorDashers and my family. I don’t go too often but I should. This location has the best customer service and on time food pick up. The salsa bar is fully stocked and most importantly very clean. Shout out to this location!
We've always been happy with everything. The food, the staff and the clean establishment.
