Horrible customer service... Avoid this branch go to the Carmel Mountain one instead. They are super paranoid and rude. Employee named Adrian will treat customers like they are thieves. I came for a pick up order that was placed online and paid for. Showed him the order confirmation and was demanding for irrelevant information. I went to rubios and I just want to say how great it was! The service was great and every friendly. Brett took my order and was very welcoming and helped me choose what I should get by telling me his personal favorite meals! Savio has made a great team. Definitely going again.
Tiny parking lot is challenging. But the restaurant itself has plenty of seating! Nice and bright and airy. Adrian was a joy to interact with. Super friendly and energetic and on top of things. The food took a bit of time to come out but it was nice and hot and tasted really good. Big portions for the fish tacos. Well done!
