Back in San Diego after a long time and I was looking forward to having fish tacos at Rubio's. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the tacos, I just didn't think they were very good. To be fair, I'm not sure if Rubio's fish tacos just can't complete with the excellent fish tacos I get in Baja, or if it's just they aren't as good as they once were.
Grilled taco plate was great!
Whoever was serving (a Latino man in his 30’s or 40’s) at the front desk March / 3 midday - literally had such a sweet energy even tho it was busy as heck and great professionalism. I was really impressed by his customer service, such a good employee.
