I walked in and was standing in line to pick up, When a gentleman by the cash register called out my name. He must’ve known I was there to pick up and that I could’ve been for that order. I appreciated his proactive approach.
My date and I were hungry and I saw your Text on Taco Tuesday. So I clicked the app and I ordered. Once in your restaurant my order was nit to be found. The cashier was so gracious to teach me the correct process and get a delicious ta order and fixing my account to get points. I love Rubio's!
Tried the fish and chips and it was good. Not the best I ever had but it was still ok.
I’m a regular Rubio’s customer at a different location, and I don’t know what it is about the one on Scripps Pwy Pkwy but it is always a terrible experience. Even when I first walk in, there’s always teenagers working there that never appear to have adult supervision. The food quality is always inconsistent and terrible. Last time I was at this location my boyfriend had to send his tacos back because there was hardly any lobster in it.
