Update: As you can see below, I had a difficult time at Axia. After some consideration, I chose to contact the email given below in the response yesterday. I chose to be hopeful and try to open up a dialogue. Although they did not respond to me, they began to change my medical record less than twenty-four hours after my email. I am beyond disappointed that rather than contact a patient to discuss the care concerns, they began to adjust a medical record TWO MONTHS after the service was provided. Dr. Romero was very nice and explained everything to me and did not rush me in and out.
First visit with Dr. Rubino and I couldn’t be happier. He really took his time explaining hormone therapy and helped me figure out what works best for me. Transitioning my doctors from NY to NJ felt like a big step, but meeting him made me confident I made the right decision. Highly recommend—10/10!
