I have been seeing Dr. Rubino for 6 years now for Pain Management. He is the nicest, friendliest, most caring, COMPETENT, compassionate Physician I have EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING. I actually look forward to my visits with him. He has absolutely NO superiority complex that many doctors have, and is just a regular guy who is an extreme pleasure to deal with!! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Dr. Rubino has is very accessible. Not stuffy at all. Professional, surely, but relaxed. Not caught up in the current "business model" of process medicine. Very unassuming. I was so thankful for being referred to him after dealing with the paranoia and sterility of my spinal surgeon. They were so uptight about narcotics that they never asked me about my comfort level nor how I was coping with pain. Luckily a secondary practice referred me to him.
