I absolutely love going to Dr. Powar. She’s very personable, she mentors, she counsels, she actually takes her time to listen. Her husband Dr. Meka is as down to earth as she is. Tho get her they are a dynamic duo.
Dr. Ruby Powar is the best, most caring and considerate doctor I have ever been to in my life. She is the only reason I still see drs today. I had horrible experiences before her and by the time I got to her, I was over it. I didn't even plan on seeing her long term but she asked me to give her a chance and let her be the last dr I tried before I just gave up and lived with my illnesses. My very first visit. I was scheduled for 12:45 pm, arrived at 12:15 pm called by nurse for history, weight, and blood pressure check. It's now 2:08 pm and here I am still waiting for the doctor. Just 3 minutes ago someone popped in just to say sorry for the wait, the doctor will be with me soon. I usually do not review a doctor especially before meeting them but this is RIDICULOUS.
