I hired Candace Rubin's office Overtaxed Ltd to dispute our property taxes. Unfortunately, she has failed to appear for a single hearing since we designated her office our agent on multiple properties. I have called the office several times to confirm they would not miss any future hearing, however they missed another hearing yesterday. I would strongly recommend you find a more reputable firm to handle your real estate and tax protest needs.
