Dr Rubin did a great job at our son's bris. She was communicative in advance of expectations and the things we needed to prepare on our end. Day-of, she arrived on time and answered a lot of questions from the grandparents before conducting an efficient ceremony and circumcision. Printed recover care instructions also helped us remember next steps in our exhaustion. Overall great experience.

My son had to go to the ER after Dr Rubin performed his bris. The combination of dry gauze and an inadequate amount of petroleum jelly caused the scab to open and we could not stop the bleeding ourselves. The hospital reported they use a wet wrap rather than a dry wrap as a matter of practice. This caused enormous stress and cost me a lot of money.

Really terrible service. The woman who works at the front desk could not be more indifferent about her job. She is rude, unhelpful, and barely bothers to answer the phone. The office and medical equipment is really outdated; there are medical exam posters on the walls that are literally from the 1980s. Also, they wanted to charge me $50 to access my own medical records. Since I had only been to the office twice, my medical records were no more than a page long. Insanely rude and not helpful “office assistant”. All the reviews are on point. Definitely not going back.
