Beyond impressed w/ Robert!!! Had an amazing experience. As a newbie I was @ a loss…but Robert meticulously walked me through my whole plumbing needs room by room. He filtered through what I needed and weeded out the crap. He presented the info in way that was digestible and not overwhelming. I don’t know how it’s possible, but he also made the experience fun.
