New patient. Had an appointment today @2:45pm and was told (to my face) that my medicine will be called in. Here it is 7:40pm and my local pharmacy still haven't received a call in. Needless to say they just lost this patient, really needed the medicine. That was the purpose for the doctor's visit and paying a copay. WILL NOT RECOMMEND very unprofessional and no excuse for them not doing their job.
So happy I went to Rubenstein Family Medical Associates. Great experience. I was treated with total respect and received excellent care.
I have been to Rubinstein Family Medical twice and have had good experiences both times. When I called to make my initial appointment, I assumed I would be seeing Dr Rubinstein and was a bit peeved when a nurse practitioner came in. After only a few minutes, my concerns were put to rest. The nurse practitioner was more than competent and answered any and all questions that I had. The second time around I saw a different NP and she was so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
