Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends... read more
