My thyroid problem has not been managed well for too long. I was referred to Dr. Rubenstein by my primary care doctor. He was very attentive to my problem and diagnosed the problem. He explained how my low thyroid was affecting me and prescribed a treatment. He sees me periodically and I continue to feel well. He is one of the better doctors in my life.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Would you recommend this endocrinologist to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Questions were not encouraged and were answered with short answers. My biggest complain, though. was that his treatment for my diabetes was slow and ineffective. After 5 months, my blood sugar was still out of control with Dr. Rubenstein. Within 2 weeks of treatment by another doctor, they were back to normal. He acted like he just didn't care.

i was a patient of Dr. Rubenstein. His office is always packed with patients waiting their turn. It is routine that i would wait for more than an hour past the appointment time. When i saw him, he opens the chart and you feel that he is just reads it as you sit there. he takes you through the tests ( that he performs inhouse like sonograms) and prescribes the pills. I was really able to get a lot of information after my visit, and I left feeling a renewed sense of hope. I was definitely satisfied with the level of care I received here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It was very easy to get an appointment. Dr, Rubenstein is a top notch doctor. I have gone to him for years and I would recommend him to anyone lucky enough to have him as a doctor.
