Office staff is exceptionally poor. They did not process refers for MRI or to Urologist. Can never reach them by phone and the web site is a joke.
Very businesslike, not extremely friendly. For a facility that deals with people with cancer, I would have expected a little more optomism and cheerfulness from the staff.
Guess again if you think this doctor cares about you. My fathers prostate was literally bleeding him to death and this so called doctor wouldn't sign off to allow him to do hyperbaric treatments to stop the bleeding. (I lost count after 15 units of blood.) Thank God for the Urologist at Baylor who overrode Dr Saez and allowed him to do hyperbaric rather than a highly risky surgery to remove his prostate. The bleeding stopped within just a few treatments. Radiation destroyed my father's prostate which caused the bleeding. I h... read more
Dr Saez is very disappointing. He doesn't communicate.
