Nice guy dr ruiz is..Hes office is in boyle heights, ca. theres a receptionist that works there that doesnt care or understand people when there sick. Bad customer service. Im sick i dont have time to worry if im gonna get treatment or not! She just doesnt care. This is depressing. And on top of things i can barely understand her. Very fustrated!
Make appointment just to wait over 40 min to get see the doctor. Just for the doctor to give rush you visit, since it seems he doesnt have patience with the individual.
