Short staffed. We were put in a back room and forgotten. Bartender is the only one who helped us after we approached the bar bc we waited so long. Fried mushrooms were great. Prime rib was okay. Everything else was a complete bust. Food was cold. 2 friends disliked their meal. Instead of being asked if they would like something else they just took it away. Then charged for it until we approached the manager. We were there over 2 hours. Very disappointed. We came based on previous reviews therefore we will not be going back.
