Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical that someone coming to my house could change four tires in a timely fashion and at high quality, but the skepticism is gone. From first communication, to a quote, to them arriving on-time, and getting the job done in less than the allotted time, they were great! I loved the idea of Rubbr and they nailed the execution. Great work—excited to see your growth!
This company is awesome! On time, fast, friendly, ridiculously convenient, and a fair price! I even got a personal thank you note with a bag, some stickers, and lip balm!
The service was perfect. It was so nice to have them come to my house to replace my tire. (As opposed to sitting in a shop with a 3 month old baby for a couple hours!) Russ texted me 20 minutes before he arrived, and he was on time. He changed my tire in my garage and even checked the pressure on my other tires. The website was super easy to navigate and pay for the service. They were all-in-all pretty awesome. So professional and easy!
