Rubber Roofing Systems adjusted the slope and resurfaced our flat roof in December 2025. They came highly recommended and the entire process exceeded our expectations. The project manager answered all of our questions. The crew was professional and worked quickly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and customer service provided.

SCAM OPERATION — AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company is an absolute disgrace. Rubber Roofing Systems Inc. took a deposit, sent a crew of random subcontractors (NOT employees), did HALF the job, and then disappeared without a word. I later found out they don’t even have a real crew—they subcontract everything to other roofing companies and act like they’re running the show. Total smoke and mirrors. No follow-up. Witnessed one of their company trucks honk and buzz a group of cyclist on Park Ave on 11/7 around 5pm. I work for a general contractor here in DSM and we would not hire a company with employees like this.

Rubber roofing systems had great people to work with and they got to the job promptly. They went above and beyond to make sure the project was done well and in good time. Definitely would recommend them for roofing needs.
