They took my car through the wash with the window open... interior on driver side was soaked, seat belt, seats wet and worried about possible electrical damage... I’ll never return.
Actually clean the car and don’t scratch my trunk lid.

Greatest car wash in West Palm Beach!!
I would think that they would be able to handle an express wash without breaking the rear windshield wiper!!! Called to tell them they broke it and they shrugged me off. I’ve been going to this location for a long time and will NOT be returning. Very disappointed in the customer service. If you drive an XC90 Volvo 2018 beware to not drive through the wash.
I have gone to Rubber Ducky for years. Today I waited an hour and watched people coming in after me leave before. I asked to get my car out of the vacuum line where it had sat for over 45 mins. It didn’t look like it had been washed. They refunded me $12 of the $22 and my car looks like it did when I took it in. They lost a loyal customer today. I will never go back.

They scratched my rim. Got hold of the owners cell phone- he would not return my calls nor messages. He doesn’t care about his customers! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!
