The Spanish guy with the sunglasses by the vaccum area that seemed to be in charge was being very rude and also very unprofessional. He was acting like he did me a favor by washing the car. Will not return!!!
I was very disappointed! Called about a wash and having my leather seats deep cleaned and I was told there was plenty of time. Got there and they said that my seats would be cleaned. Got my car back and the seats looked like they'd just been wiped down and the cleaner was still on the seats. There was still dirt under my mats. I was told I could come back to have my seats done, anytime, no extra charge. Came back 2 more times and was told they didn't have time. Not going back! Poor work and even worse customer service!
Unbelievable how rude and unprofessional the manager is.
Great service! I take both my car and my mothers car there for exterior and interior washes and I never leave disappointed! Paolo (the owner) is always onsite and supervising what gets done. And the location on belvedere does a great job also. With quick service and affordable prices Rubber Ducky is the best in Palm Beach County.
I've always had a outstanding experience here and is the only car wash I'll go to.
