I truly enjoyed the car wash program. It is incredibly disappointing ending it all together without maybe trying to alter the benefits (such as limiting 10-15 car washes a month or bumping up the price for once a day for the month). It makes it price prohibitive to pay $17 every time you want a gold wash to the point that I won't be using their services indefinitely
Ending their car washing program when they advertised and got people on it. Just so everyone knows Irving has a car was subscription plan, so I'll be going back to that and will not be using rubber duck. If they offer a program they shouldn't back track in less than a year and probably because winter.
