They are the crooks of the books They end up charging u $5000 more then the listed price. One example, cleaning the car has a charge of almost $900 you're kidding me! plus other fine print scams. Beware they are the poster child for con artists.

Inquired about information on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I asked if they could email the total amount for the truck including all the extra fees. The guy who answered was very rude as soon as he picked up. He basically told me that i would have to come all the way to there dealership in NY just to fill out a bill of sale. I told him that I live in DC and I wanted to give the total amount to my bank to make sure I qualified for the amount.
