RTY took their time with explaining our options. Bringing the level of importance and timing to our best conclusion. Reminders to let us know our next meeting, but not overpowering. We were treated like we were the only clients and not like a small fish in the aquarium with small amount of money to oversee. Office were clean, organized, decor was pleasant and not cold. All the RTY staff from when you walk in their door were very friendly and they seem to work as a team.
