I wish I would have read this before signing my lease with them. So far they have no not fixed the roofing issue after hurricane Ian was here and they should of fixed it before renting out the property, we were happy bcus it’s across from the water view and you can see the boats and pier and they have a beautiful four freedoms park but it saddens me and disappoints me that they have not had anyone yet to fix the issues around the property nor even called to see how we were with the move in and we have been here 5 months now ... read more
This place is a joke!!These people don't do a dam thing/ They aren't qualified to run an ant farm..Maintenance is a real joke! Don't mow lawns don't fix damages can't fix facia can't fix roofs can't fix air conditioners! Unqualified!!!! They don't know how too fix it! To cheap to hire a contractor But they want the money every month...Tom the supervisor isn't qualified to run anything the amount of the property's!!
