Be very careful carriers! RTS do not disclose you all the information when sign up with them. I sign up with them and the failed to disclose that they want a volume of load in a month in order to keep your account active with them. Now my account is locked with them and I have invoices with brokers that I can’t get because Brokers have RTS info when I signed up. They called us just about everyday to sign up with them. The sales person was so nice and professional. So we finally signed up with them. And it has been one problem after another. NOT one positive experience have we had with RTS in these three months. They have the worst customer service ever, very rude and unprofessional. I can not ask any questions without being met with sarcasm on how they are not working in my favor at all. There is always an excuse to hold money or deny an invoice every week. no i tried to get a load factored and because the company is new, RTS gave them a N rating and state that they can only pay us $500 off a $3000 load until the company pays them. Why use RTS if they are not going to pay you! owner operators can't work like this
